# Terms of Service - Velvett

### 5.2 Spicy Mode (BDSM/SM)
- Spicy mode contains adult content
- Reserved for users 18 years and older
- Based on SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual) and RACK principles
- Strict respect for consent and safety
- Possibility to withdraw consent at any time

### 5.3 Moderation
- We reserve the right to moderate any content
- Possible removal of inappropriate content
- Account suspension or termination in case of violation
- Reporting system available
